Whose Apple and Google developer accounts are used?

By default we publish on IZI’s accounts — you don’t need to set up Apple Developer and Google Play Console, pay for them or renew them every year. Prefer to publish under your club’s own account? We’ll do that too and walk you through registration.

What happens to the app if I leave IZI?

The app runs on the IZI platform, so it lives as long as you’re on the platform. We don’t hold you hostage with the app — it’s part of the IZI ecosystem, not a separate lock-in. Your players’ data and balances stay with your club.

How is it different from the regular IZI app?

Technically it’s the same proven platform — the same top-ups, booking and loyalty. The difference is the wrapper: your brand is in the store, pushes come from your name, the player sees the club, not IZI. Every platform improvement arrives in your app automatically.

Is there a one-off fee to start?
